“You will never change your life until you change something you do daily.
The secret of your success is found in your daily routine.” ― Darren Hardy
Have you committed to create positive changes in your life with every intention of following through? You start out enthusiastic and all gung-ho and after a few weeks it all fizzles. It’s so frustrating! Does this sound familiar?
The only thing that’s necessary to create change is to you take action and follow through on your plans. Sounds simple right? If you’ve tried before and haven’t been successful, then you know change may be simple but it certainly isn’t easy.
One thing you can do to change your good intentions into new habits that last is to track the activities you perform every day.

TIP: Start With Your Mindset
Work on your mindset first. To adopt new habits and create lasting change in your life you must start with your mind. Your mind is VERY powerful. Once that changes so will everything else.
The single most important thing you can do to be successful is to start slow and do a little every day. Little by little a little becomes a lot. Consistency is the key to achievement!
You CAN make it happen! Just get started. Every day you do the practice is one day closer to creating a habit and the outcome you desire. Have a bad day? So what?! Get back at it the next day. Don’t let a slip up allow you to lose focus and sabotage your plan.
Know that I’m here cheering you on!
